The Wild Below

“Deep within the mist-laden swamp, below the cliffs, the Agal dream of their lost home. They must brave the depths to rise to their rightful home among the trees.” 

I wanted to pursue a concept art-based thesis project for my final semester. Rather than loosely displaying my world-building, concept art, and illustrations, I chose to frame the work as a post-production art book for an imagined animated film titled “The Wild Below”. The objective was to present a comprehensive guide to the setting, combining narrative world-building, concept art, finished illustrations, and the film's branding all in one place.
